CHUCK AND SUZIE MACFARLANE
This is the first of many Loyalist profiles in the coming months. Chuck and Suzie have been coming to our store since the beginning 3 1/2 years ago. Suzie gets a tall skinny no foam latte extra hot, and Chuck gets a tall skinny no foam latte extra hot with one pump of sugar free hazelnut. When I asked them how to describe "the Biggby Way" in their eyes, they simply stated that it would be to always be upbeat and friendly. Although I definitely agree with them, It's not hard to be upbeat and friendly when they walk through the doors. As I'm typing this in the office, Suzie is out there singing Happy Birthday to Denise (my wife). Maybe in this time of panic in our society, we should all practice "the biggby way" even outside of the 4 walls of this shop. I sure know Chuck and Suzie do!
